Foundations: Grow Your Practice
Intensity: 🌶️
Valuable at all stages of your practice and accessible to beginners, this class helps you tune into the foundational parts of a physical practice (postures, breath, attention, intention) in a gentle, explorative way.
We will move slowly through class as we focus on the fundamentals and alignment of each posture. Taking time to integrate the breath, body, and head space will build confidence on and off the mat. We will play around with how to make a posture more supported (using blocks and modifications) and more active (exploring variations and isolating attention to specific parts of the posture).
Breath & Movement
Intensity: 🌶️🌶️
Breath & Movement is a yoga class with an intentionally undefined format to encourage openness and investigation. We’ll use this time to explore the body through breath, movement, and asana (posture) for the sake of enjoyment and discovery.
Class content is influenced by what the people in the room are interested in practicing so may vary week-to-week or build on a previous class. Questions at the beginning or after class are always welcome, as are students of all backgrounds and levels.
Vinyasa Yoga
Intensity: 🌶️🌶️
In Vinyasa yoga, the breath leads and guides each movement as you explore a sequence of different postures (asanas). This practice cultivates mindfulness, strength, mobility, and flexibility. While everyone experiences class differently, Vinyasa is typically less vigorous than Power yoga.
Power Yoga
Intensity: 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Power yoga involves a combination of familiar and challenging asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work), including variations and modifications along the way. The class is structured to allow you to practice at your desired level of intensity by utilizing progressive movements that build strength and body awareness over time. Come and play in a judgement-free space and leave feeling empowered to live in embodied strength.
Mini Workshops

These workshops are designed to expand your practice through brief, targeted explorations. Each week, we’ll dive into a different focus: Inversions, Strength & Conditioning, Breathwork & Meditation, or Philosophy & Discussion.
Expect personalized guidance, deeper breakdowns of topics from regular classes, and community discussion that enables us to learn from others.
Inversions
Intensity: 🌶️🌶️🌶️
This 30-minute class includes a combination of wrist, shoulder and core strengthening exercises, technique talk, handstand drills, and personalized suggestions and assists. This class is open to beginners looking to gradually build strength, but you will be able to physically participate the most in class if you can bear your weight in your hands/shoulders (like cartwheels or kicking up to the wall in a handstand).
Restorative
Intensity: 🫑
Designed to promote deep relaxation of both body and mind, restorative yoga offers a gentle and grounding experience. With the intentional use of props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, each posture is fully supported—inviting a profound sense of stillness and ease. The powerful effects of slowing down allow the body to enter “rest and digest” mode and can improve the quality of sleep when practicing in the evening.
This practice is accessible to all experience levels. Come as you are, and leave feeling rested and renewed.
Meditation
Intensity: 🫑
This 30-minute class will include an explanation of a meditation practice, a guided practice, and silent time for the individual to deepen in. A variety of meditation traditions will be explored in different sessions.
Teacher Open Studio
Intensity: 🌶️🌶️🌶️
This unguided class is for certified yoga instructors to meet, choose their own physical practice or follow along with other practicing teachers, work on assists, and deepen into philosophy.
